1. Data Controller

2. Types of Data Collected

IronMeasure processes only data voluntarily provided by the user or technical data strictly necessary for the operation of the App, including:

• body and muscle measurements;
• body weight;
• body composition estimates;
• body photos (Pro version);
• app preferences and settings;
• technical information required to manage the Pro subscription.

3. Data Processing

All personal data are:

• processed exclusively on the user’s device;
• not transmitted to IronMeasure servers;
• not used for profiling or marketing purposes.

IronMeasure has no remote access to user data.

4. Payment and Subscription Data

Payment and subscription data are handled exclusively by:

• Apple, via In-App Purchase;
• RevenueCat, as a technical intermediary for subscription management.

RevenueCat may process limited technical information related to subscriptions (such as purchase events, subscription status, and timestamps) solely to provide subscription management functionality.
Technical information related to subscriptions is associated with pseudonymized identifiers and does not allow direct identification of the user. IronMeasure does not collect or store payment data.

5. Purpose of Processing

Data are used solely to:

• provide app functionality;
• display progress, history, and charts;
• manage access to Pro features;
• send notifications, if enabled by the user.

6. Legal Basis

Data processing is based on:

• user consent;
• technical and contractual necessity to provide the service.

7. Data Retention

Data remain stored on the user’s device until:

• manually deleted by the user;
• the App is uninstalled.

8. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• access their data;
• modify or delete their data;
• withdraw consent at any time.

These actions can be performed directly within the App.

9. Security

IronMeasure applies appropriate technical measures to protect locally stored data.

IronMeasure may use device-level authentication mechanisms (such as passcode or Face ID) solely to protect access to the App.
These mechanisms are fully managed by the operating system, and no biometric data or passcodes are collected, stored, or processed by IronMeasure.

10. Minors

IronMeasure is intended for users aged 13 and older.
It does not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time.
Changes take effect upon publication.
